FAQ.
What's the minimum first order?
$500 for the Starter tier. You can mix-and-match across all five brands. After your first order, you can place single-case reorders with no minimum.
Do you offer Net terms?
Yes. New accounts pay up front for the first 90 days. After that, qualified accounts can apply for Net-15 case-by-case. Distributors can qualify for Net-30 within a signed contract.
How do you handle restricted states?
We do not ship kratom to AL, AR, IN, VT, WI, LA, or CT. Several cities and counties have additional restrictions, and Michigan's ban takes effect later in 2026. Our buyer portal automatically blocks orders to restricted zip codes.
Where are products manufactured?
All five brands are blended, encapsulated, filled, and packaged in our Austin, TX facility. Raw kratom is sourced through long-term direct-from-farmer relationships in Indonesia and tested on receipt and after blending.
Do you enforce MAP pricing?
Yes, strictly. Every account signs a MAP agreement. We monitor Amazon, eBay, and major regional shops weekly. Two violations = warning, three = account suspension and chargeback.
Can I do private label or a custom blend?
Yes. Our OEM program supports custom liquid extracts, tablets, capsule blends, and kava tonics with your branding. Typical MOQ is 5,000 units with a 4-6 week lead time.
