How the Private Label Program Works
Step 1 - Qualify (Tier 3 or Tier 4)
Private label is available to Tier 3 (Distributor, $10K+ monthly volume) and Tier 4 (Founder's Circle, invitation only) accounts. If you're not yet Tier 3, you can either scale your stocking volume on existing Rebel X brands to qualify, or apply for the Founder's Circle directly if you have an existing retail or distribution business.
Step 2 - Choose Format & Spec
Pick the category, format, and quantity. Your account manager sends a private-label spec sheet covering formulation options, packaging substrates, label-design slots, and per-unit pricing at your projected volume. We can replicate an existing Rebel X formulation for speed, or develop a custom formulation if your spec requires it.
Step 3 - Artwork & Approval
Submit your brand artwork or work with our in-house design team. We handle all required regulatory copy (Supplement Facts, AKA disclosure, age-warning, Farm Bill compliance text). Once you approve the print proof, production runs typically take 6–10 weeks depending on category and finishing requirements.
Step 4 - Manufacture, Test, Ship
We manufacture, batch-test, COA, and ship to your warehouse or 3PL. Every private-label batch gets a unique batch number and a dedicated COA you can publish under your own brand. We can also drop-ship directly to your retail accounts if you operate a distribution model.

Can I customize the formulation, or is it limited to existing recipes?

Who owns the formulation rights on a private-label product?
