7. B2B Application Stage Information
As part of our wholesale onboarding process, we collect and verify your Employer Identification Number (EIN), resale certificate, and state retail or distributor license before your first shipment is released. This verification is required for two reasons:
- Compliance: kratom, kava, and hemp-derived products are regulated at the federal, state, and local level. We must confirm that you are operating a legitimate, licensed business in a jurisdiction where our products may lawfully be sold.
- Tax: we collect and retain resale certificates to support proper sales tax treatment of wholesale transactions.
Business credentials are stored securely and used only for compliance, tax, and account management purposes.
8. Children's Data
Our Site and services are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 21. Our services are restricted to licensed adult-operated businesses. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child, we will delete that information promptly.
